Paul Spencer, the British dance music producer and musician known by his stage name Dario G, has passed away. Spencer was best known for his 1997 hit "Sunchyme," which reached number 2 on the UK Singles Chart and became an anthem in the dance music scene.

Spencer's musical journey began in Crewe, UK, where he was part of the dance trio WEB alongside Scott Rosser and Stephen Spencer. The group released several singles before changing their name to Dario G in 1997.
